35, consider and take appropriate action regarding purchase of open space land in precinct 1.

36, consider and take appropriate action on the following in precinct 4: a, an offer presented in contract form to sell two tracts of land and an access easement totaling about 48 acres of undeveloped land near the intersection of u.s.
183 south and onion creek for inclusion in the onion creek open space parkland, 2005 bond program.
and b, the immediate issuance of an earnest money check totaling $10,000 by the county auditor's office and for release by the county treasurer's office.
