34, receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County et al.
versus unknown, jason c.
huval resale deed, and take appropriate action.
consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act.
35, consider and take appropriate action regarding purchase of open space land in precinct 1.
consultation with attorney and real property exceptions.
36, consider and take appropriate action on the following in precinct 4: a, an offer presented in contract form to sell two tracts of land and an access easement totaling about 48 acres of undeveloped land near the intersection of u.s.
183 south and onion creek for inclusion in the onion creek open space parkland, 2005 bond program.
and b, the immediate issuance of an earnest money check totaling $10,000 by the county auditor's office and for release by the county treasurer's office.

37, receive believing and take appropriate action regarding lease agreement at 700 lavaca with west corporation dba intrado.

38, consider and take appropriate action regarding the potential purchase of real estate in central Austin.
