we were here last week to get approval on the request for services for redistricting.
we had some interested parties come forward and express concern over some language regarding software.
we did make the change to the language that we did discuss about in court.
we changed it to say that they would provide us with training and access to the software.
that would allow you to sit down with someone and look at the mapping and where it's being drawn and use it.
so we made that change.
and the other change that they requested was they felt like they needed more time, so we extended the opening until January the 7th of next year.
