>> my only question, does this mean more enforcement,less death?
I didn't quite understand what it means to expand the program.
>> the grant will provide more funding this time from federal government, I think 25 people, now up to 50 people going through the courts, the twi court program.
this provides more money for employees to help them.
>> so it adds up to more enforcement, less death, hopefully.
