Number 2 a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat vacation for recording in precinct 1, total plat vacation of shadowglen phase 1, section 9, plat vacation, 55 lots, 13.302 acres, lexington street.
no nixa required, city of manor e.t.j.

that passes by unanimous vote.

>> the owners of this subdivision wish to vacate the plat due to recent change in ownership and they are not ready to construct or build on the lot because of the economy so they would like their fiscal returned.
in the future when they do elect to move forward with this plat, they will have to resubmit the plat and it will have to be approved both by the city of manor and Travis County and in the future in the event they want to modify what was approved on the prelim, then they would have to revise the prelim as well as give us a new plat.
I know of no objections.
we've had a couple people call and ask what was going on, but I know of no objections to this item and I recommend it.
