Consent

View captioned video.

The consent items are next.
posted for consent are c 1 through c 3, c 1 through c 3 and any issues with any of them?

>> [] let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion.
if anyone would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out the number of the item.
again, the list that I知 about to give is recommended for inclusion on one mass motion.
number 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 --

>> I have a question on six.

>> six we will call up separately.

>> 7 a through 7 c.
10, 11, 13, 15, 16 a and b.
call it up separately.

>> call it up separately.
17.

>> I知 sorry, I misread it.
16 is perfectly fine.
16.

>> 16 a and b will be included on the consent motion.
number 17.
I think for the record we ought to discuss 18, 19 and 20, and this all pertain to cdbg.
21.
22.
now, on 23, 23 involved two sums of money, one was $599,000 or there abouts, which we anticipated that money is in the park remediation account anyway, but mention is made of $335,000.
we really need a separate item on that.
that is not included in the budget amendments, transfers and discussion items based on the information that's there.
I think we ought to vote on that separately.
that would be us adding it.
those would be county funds, the way I understand it, that should be added to the settlement amount to get the project done.
I知 not against it, it's just that the way it's worded I don't think that's included, but it's not clear.
so the transfer and amendments and discussion document does not include this, but the backup memo does.
so the way I知 interpreting 25 right now, the $335,000 shortfall is not included.
my recommendation is that we include the rest of it on the consent motion.
as well as all of 26, that's a through g.
a through g.
28.

>>

>> [inaudible - no mic].

>> all of 23 -- all of 26 is recommended for inclusion on the consent motion.
do you have a question about any particular one?

>>

>> [inaudible - no mic].

>> you just made that comment.
we can save money by not doing any of them, right?

>> well, I知 thinking about the decriminalization of farms for hemp marijuana specifically.

>> mr. Reeferseed has not changed his opinion about legalizing marijuana, for the record.

>> [ laughter ] 28, 29, and 32.

>> move approval.

>> judge?
the cdbg items, were you putting those on consent?

>> I just put that first one on.
the others I think we need to just set the record.
17 I recommended for consent.
18, 19 and 20 I think we need to call up for the record.
mr. El khoury?

>> item 23 for discussion purposes?

>> 23 we did not put on the consent motion.
we've got people here to make a briefing.

>>

>> [inaudible - no mic].

>> 23 is not on the consent motion.
that's the briefing that we need to receive.
very shortly.
any other questions about that motion?

>> was 25 on or not on?

>> 25 was recommended.
25 is interpreted not to include $335,000.

>> okay.

>> I believe that requires a separate item that deals only with it.
that's my way of saying we'll have it on the week after.
okay?
any more discussion on the motion or questions?
all in favor?
Commissioner?

>> I wanted to ask staff to include the letter that tnr wrote to tceq requesting participation in the 335 and any response we may have gotten to them.

>> all right.
that's $335,000, right?
when we deal with that one it ought to be part of the backup.
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
now we have a couple of time certains.
let's see if we can go through them quickly.
we're a little bit behind.
why don't we take the 23 next and then we'll take nine and 12.
