19, consider and take appropriate action regarding the prom year 2010 community development block grant agreement provided by the united states department of housing and urban development.
if we can just discuss that amount and what projects we approved already.

>> the amount is for $942,749.
and it is to provide funding for phase 3 of the lava lane project, which is the final phase for construction.
it's also going to fund additional home buyer assistance through gap financing and downpayment assistance.
it will also continue to fund the social work expansion projects in precincts 1 and 4 and also the planning and administration costs related to the grant.

>> now, habitat for humanity did close on that property.

>> it closed on October 13th.
we've drawn down the funds and we officially are in compliance with the ratio of 1.22.

>> that's good.

>> that is excellent.

>> and my final question is are we still confident in our ability to spend that downpayment assistance money?
