Let's call to order the Travis County Health Facilities Development Corporation.
item one, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve payments to Travis County for accounting and administrative services.

>> and like for the housing finance corporation, the health corporation's required payment is $55,000.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> questions or comments, discussion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
with director Davis absented.
number 2, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve three service agreements related to the wellness program.

>> and one correction.
on your memo, we said the subject was smoking cessation program.
that is incorrect.
it's the wellness program, and these are three service agreements that have been reviewed by our attorney.
and they total $3,500 and there is sufficient fund in the health corporation -- in the line item for the wellness program to pay these services when -- when they are done.

>> questions?

>> can you tell me what services?

>> they are 20 yoga sessions and 40 stamina and endurance sessions by two different parties.

>> 40 each.

>> 40 each, yes, sir.

>> and actually I -- you may have answered this question already on line, but are we planning on any sort of expansion to the yoga classes for our central business district?

>> yes, we are.

>> and I did notice that, of course, we have a gym at 700 lavaca that may be a good location for that kind of activity.
is that being explored?

>> [no mic on].

>> good afternoon.

>> with human resources and we are looking at the 700 block to expand and use that facility, hopefully for some more wellness activities.

>> that would be great.
so excited.

>> these are great programs that will contribute to employees' wellness.
thank you.

>> heavily, heavily used.
if you don't strike while the iron is hot, the stamina classes go.

>> they go.

>> good work.

>> I move approval.

>> seconded by director Huber.
discussion?
all in favor?
that carries unanimously.

>> move we adjourn.

>> all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
