Now let's call to order the Travis County Housing Finance Corporation.
item 1, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve payments to Travis County for accounting and administrative services.

and the amount I'm requesting your permission to pay is $175,228 and that was approved in a contract that you all approved earlier this year.

number 2, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve an invoice from -- for payment of repair escrow related to the neighborhood stabilization program.
>> and actually this is two invoices.
two invoices total $1,560, and these funds have been paid to the corporation.
they were paid at closing.
this is the final closing in the neighborhood stabilization program, and so we're asking your permission to pay the two invoices.
one is for $750 and the second is for $810.
and the repairs, we do represent that the repairs have been paid and these need to be paid so that we can be reimbursed on this contracted.
