Executive Session

We'll tell them you question that and you want to hear it again. 28 is to approve the interlocal agreement for austin care for psychiatric services. We will go in there under consultation with attorney. Is that okay, mr. Hille? A-1, we also noted might be taken into executive session. A-1 is to consider and take appropriate action on offer to sell to the county approximately 10.68 acres of land in northwest travis county in connection with the balcones canyon lands conservation plan. It will be taken into executive session under consultation with attorney. And the real property exceptions to the open meetings act. 63, consider and take appropriate action regarding the potential purchase of real estate in central austin, consultation with attorney and real property exceptions. 64, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action concerning the extension of administrative leave with pay for travis county juvenile probation department employee slot number 615. Consultation with attorney and personnel matters exceptions. And number 65, consider and take appropriate action regarding lease agreements at 700 lavaca with the following: a, bruce a. Lipshy, d/b/a lipshy and escamilla llp and b, capital area contractors, inc. And these matters will be taken in under the real property and the consultation with attorney exceptions to the open meetings act. We'll discuss these matters in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action.

>> discussion? That passes by unanimous vote. 63 is the matter involving the potential purchase of real estate in central austin. I move that we sign the proposed confidentiality agreement after striking indemnity agreement.

>> and authorize broking to move forward. Discussion in all in favor. That passes by unanimous vote. 64 is the matter involving the requested five days of additional leave with pay for the employee in slot number 615. Move that we approve such leave for september 17th through september 21st, 2010.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. 65 is the matter involving two leases at 700 lavaca. In my view we need to do additional work on both and have them back on the court's agenda next week for appropriate consideration and action. Any specific other action needed today? Okay, then we'll have it back on next week. And a rejoicing ms. Porter acknowledges that is all of our work for today.
