Northwest Travis County Road District No. 3
Now let's call to order the northwest travis county road district number 3, otherwise known as the golden triangle. Item 1, consider and take appropriate action on setting the tax rate for the year beginning january 1, 2010, a, total debt service tax rate and b, total county ad valorem tax rate.
>> leroy dulles, planning and budget. The proposed tax rate for the northwest travis county road district number 3 is 14 1/2 cents. That would be the total tax rate. And we have attached the budget and our financial adviser has recommended that rate.

>> that was .1450.

>> any discussion on the motion? And that was made by -- motion by huber and seconded by eckhardt. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. With director gomez absent. And --
>> and i assume that motion included both parts a and b, which are the same tax rate of .1450.

>> that's number 2, right? Item 2? 2, consider and take appropriate action on the road district budget for fiscal year 2011. And just for the record, what is that budget?
>> that -- that budget totals $215,512.96 as its ending fund balance, it has revenues of $562,977 and expenditures of $622,681.24.
>> okay. And is there a motion?
>> second.
>> my motion.
>> commissioner eckhardt moves approval, seconded by commissioner huber and both directors. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. And that's number 2.
