Travis County Health Facilities Development Corporation
Now let's call to order the travis county health facilities development corporation, one item, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve monthly invoices from dr. Gary elkins.
>> mike gonzales, senior financial analyst for the corporation. To authorize to pay to dr. Elkins directly given we have documentation the services were provided. It's also related to the september 14 service agreement that was approved by this board with dr. Gary elkins. Under that agreement, invoices for material, supplies and for travel that are itemized will come to the board. However, the monthly -- the monthly invoices as staff is requesting for us to pay directly will be for a 12-month period totaling $7,500 for the full 12 months.
>> okay, so those -- the $7,500 will be paid monthly?
>> right.
>> so you are asking for a motion basically to authorize staff to go ahead and make the monthly payments.
>> to pay this first invoice and for monthly payments.
>> okay, but to put on the board's agenda a request for payment of expenses?
>> correct, for travel, material and supplies. Those are still come back to the board.
>> okay. Move approval of both.
>> second.
>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
