>> good afternoon. Let's call to order the travis county housing finance corporation. One item, consider and take appropriate action to approve an invoice for payment of repair escrow related to the neighborhood stabilization program.
>> good afternoon, my name is mike gonzales senior financial and list with the corporation. We're requesting approval of one invoice of $266.17 for repair. It's related to a closing we had where a home that needed some repairs. It was a h.u.d. Home, we cannot make repairs prior to closing. We escrowed the repair amount to make sure the repair is done after closing. Staff has reviewed all supporting document and request approval for payment of the invoice.
