Then the consent items are next. And posted for consent are c 1 and c 2. C-1 and c 2 and let's consider adding the following items on the consent motion. Please say so if you would like to discuss any of these as i call out the item. We are recommending these items in a conclusion after mass motion on consent items. Item number 6. 7, 8 a and b. 9, 11, all of 12, 12 a through 12 g. , 16 with the court continuing to meet on tuesday. Is that okay? Anybody want to discuss the different day? We've been meeting on tuesday forever, i guess. Let's not change a good thing. Number 20. 21, 23.

>> may we bring that -- well, just to say thank you to mr. Runnels-beard. We don't know what his intentions were for that money, but it was very generous.

>> thank you, mr. Beard. I did tell commissioner eckhardt's note of appreciation. He wants that to go to the travis county law library.

>> he's not asking anything. We have no idea. It's very generous.

>> 26. 27, 29, 30, 34, 35, 36, 37. On most of these we're simply renewing these contracts for another year or they are bids and we're awarding the bid to the lowest bidder. 38 in its entirety. So that's a 1, 2 and 3 and 38-b. 39, 40, 41 a and b. Note b is to reject coverage as we have done annually for the last several months. Mr. Harvey has a question about 25?

>> 24 is that reset?

>> 25 is to pope post until -- postpone until october 19th. As indicated to the court when seton and st. David's can be present. The leaders are out of town today. Mr. Harvey is on a -- beginning a long vacation soon and won't be here next week. And somebody is unavailable on the 12th, so the 19th is really the earliest date. 25, the starflight stationing item, october 19th. And both st. David's and seton know about that. Miss porter, what item was i on? 41?

>> 41.

>> a and b recommended for consent. 42, 43, 44, 45,. Any issues with 46? 46. And we had a public hearing on 47. It's recommended for consent. 48. Second public hearing. And 49. Then to 51, 52. 57 with the name change, james davis howell. Middle name is davis instead of david.

>> that similarly. It's a very generous thing by a family.

>> thank you, mr. Powell. Commissioner eckhardt thinks you should have given us $300 as the other guy did.

>> no, no. Laugh la of.

>> [ laughter ]

>> we appreciate th0 bucks.

>> and a shoutout to the crisis center team for having done such good work.

>> we deeply appreciate the contribution. All of 58. Those interlocals with the five entities there. So 58 a-58 e. 61 a and b. 62. Any issues with a-2? That's grant funding and this is authorized by the grant in a-2. And a-3.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of those items we just listed for separate discussion?

>> i actually would. Number 27, although it looks very clear from the agenda, i don't think i got any backup for 27.

>> 27 we will call up separately. Any others? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Several items the county judge needs to abstain on. Pause his spouse works for integral care, what we call travis county mhmr.
