>> 27 is to approve the purchase of cabling requirements associated with or connecting to the greater austin area telecommunications network, what we call gatton, from jc communications pursuant to interlocal agreement with gatton. And i moved approval, commissioner huber seconded it. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. I see lawyers looking at me. Am i in trouble or are you just curious.
>> number 28, that one had the language difficulty that we discussed last week. And they're just still fine tuning the language. I don't want if you wanted to give us more time on that. If you wanted to --
>> 28?
>> correct.
>> we just approved 28.
>> i'm asking if you want to reconsider that item.
>> is there a significant change?
>> jim -- everybody just name change.
>> move to reconsider the item.
>> second.
>> do we need legal advice or is this an open court discussion?
>> i think, judge, we're still working on the language on that. And it's going to be a little different than what is -- than what you were provided in backup. It needs to be done today and we're working with atcic right now to arrive at some language that -- i think we'll be able to do it shortly. But there's going to be a little change from what you were provided in backup last week.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Let's say our intention tension to call this up later in the agenda.
>> i think the jury is out on whether or not it was great legal advice, mr. Hille. But ms. Renek, if she is nearby, we are about to call up those voting locations. Ms. Renek, if you are outside, you are about to call up the items that you wanted to give comments on.
