Number 3 is a public hearing to receive comment regarding the resubdivision of lot nine, block a, angel wild section three, resubdivision final plat, nine total lots, eight single-family lots, and one private street lot, 40.333 acres, angel wild drive, appropriate fiscal has been posted with the city of austin. Sewage service to be on-site sewage facilities. City of austin e.t.j.

>> the purpose of this public hearing is to receive comments about resubdividing one 40-acre lot into nine lots, eight of which are single residential and one of which is a private street lot. We have -- with we did hear from one constituent who wanted more information and i believe that he has been satisfied and i know of no objections to this proposed item.
