On number 2 is a public hearing to receive comment regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a portion of a 10-foot wide drainage easement, which traverses lot 6, block 17. Of austin lake estates section 1, a subdivision in travis county. Precinct three. Move the public hearing be open.

The purpose of this vacation is to voa indicate a portion of the drainage easement that will be rededicated so that the lot owner can remedy the situation of his house encroaching into the easement. And this action would also allow him to go on and apply for septic permits in the future. We did receive one question from a neighbor who had concerns about drainage and several staff members talked with her. In fact, one even went out on site to look at the situation. I believe that she is satisfied and does not object to this, but we're having the public hearing to be sure.
