Consent
Then we have come to the consent items. And posted for consent are c 1 through c 6. C 1 through c 6, any measures with those, court members? Let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If anyone would like for us to discuss any of these items separately, please say so as i call out the number of the item. Number 9.
>> judge? 10 through 13 could go consent as far as i'm concerned.
>> well, i don't know about those. I think we need to discuss them briefly just to kind of lay them out.

>> 9, then we go to 14. 16. Number 18. All of 19, so 19 a through 19 e. 20.
>> judge, i'll abstain on 20.
>> 20 we'll call up separately. Number 21 we discussed last week. Any issues with that one? We will call up 22. 25. 26. 27. 28 a and b.
>> i have a question about the implementation of that but it's a very brief question.
>> do you want to call up a and b?
>> just 28 a.
>> we will call up 28 a. 28 b is recommended for inclusion on the consent motion. Number 30. 32. 33. 34. 35. 36. 28. On-38. 39. 40. 41 we postponed. 42. 43. 44. 45. 47. 48. A 3. A 4. A 5. A 6 with the rate of 26.79%. Commissioner davis moves approval.

>> seconded by commissioner huber. Would anyone of us like to pull any of the items we just listed for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote
