Let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If anyone would like for us to discuss any of these items separately, please say so as i call out the number of the item. Number 9.

>> well, i don't know about those. I think we need to discuss them briefly just to kind of lay them out.

>> judge, i'll abstain on 20.

>> 20 we'll call up separately. Number 21 we discussed last week. Any issues with that one? We will call up 22. 25. 26. 27. 28 a and b.

>> i have a question about the implementation of that but it's a very brief question.

>> do you want to call up a and b?

>> just 28 a.

>> we will call up 28 a. 28 b is recommended for inclusion on the consent motion. Number 30. 32. 33. 34. 35. 36. 28. On-38. 39. 40. 41 we postponed. 42. 43. 44. 45. 47. 48. A 3. A 4. A 5. A 6 with the rate of 26.79%. Commissioner davis moves approval.
