That's why i indicated here it may be taken into executive session under consultation with attorney. It will be late this afternoon before we go into executive session. Once the court hears about that issue, i don't know whether it's problematic or not. But i just thought the court should be briefed on it. That it is my way of saying i don't know -- are you down the street there right at airport?
