Item 20 is receive briefing and take appropriate action to authorize staff and consultants to move forward with refinancing a portion of travis county's outstanding debt. This basically is authorization to test the market and if favorable circumstances are found and to bring back to us a specific proposal, and for that reason i move approval.

>> yes, i want to abstain on that one. But let me abstain and i'll submit the proper documentation to the clerk.

>> so the rest of the court votes in favor and commissioner davis abstains.

>> abstaining, right, thank you, judge.
