That's 15, consider and take appropriate action on the amendment to the sub recipient agreement with austin habitat for humanity. There are date discrepancies.
>> this extends the contract that facilitates our relationship with habitat for humanity and we notice the reference to the initial term stated it was august 11, 2010 through september 30th, 2010 and it should be august 11, 2009.
>> so we can make that correction and initial it.
>> and we've also made habitat aware that that was a mistake and it only references that initial term, the amendment term is correct.
>> so what is the amendment?
>> the amendment basically extends our agreement with habitat so they can facilitate our purchase. This contract has been -- we anticipated being completed with this contract so we need to do amend the contract to make sure we had additional time to complete this transaction.
