that will be under the consultation with attorney exception.
speaking of a 1, a 1 to -- receive legal briefing and take appropriate action regarding Travis County indigent burial program, including cremation option.
actually the cremation option is the one in which we need advice more than anything else.

consider and take appropriate action regarding the purchase of approximately 14.839 acres of land in northwest Travis County in connection with the balcones canyonlands conservation plan.

we will discuss these matters in executive session, but we'll return to open court before taking any action.
We have returned from executive session where we discussed the items we previously announced.
beginning with item no.
12, the matter involving synrgro of Texas, and the sewage sludge beneficial use land application site.
procedurally there are several things that we need to do before taking action on this.
so without formal action by the court, staff will go ahead and take those steps.

so no action on the -- item today.
we will expect it to be put back on court's agenda at the appropriate time in the future.
29 is the matter valve involving the purchase of land in northwest Travis County for the bccp.

move that we ask our health and human services staff to touch base with the three residents whose service has been disconnected.

and in my view, it will be no action required today.

35 the matter involving the possible sale of county-owned land off of f.m.
969 in east Austin, to the city of Austin, there is a request for a 60-day extension of the current contract and authorization to -- to conduct a survey at a cost of -- of $8,000.

>> I guess my motion is to grant the extension and order the -- authorize a survey and -- at an expenditure of $8,000, payable from the purchase price.

I move that we direct staff to put together an appropriate draft, cremation policy, and appropriate draft, r.f.p., to -- to identify funeral homes that might want to be added to the -- to the county list of vendors that provide the funeral -- the burial services.
including cremation.
