Number 11.
Commissioner Huber and I visited a little bit on Friday about that.
I chatted with roger briefly about our strategy, roger needs additional time.
his request is that we delay consideration of this item again.
what says the court.
it's a thorny issue hasn't gotten any smoother.

>> if we wait do we get additional information that will help make a decision?
or is it still going to be in limbo?

>> that was another strategy that would move us forward, I think.

>> which is?
oh, in addition to what they have to present?
but to be honest, I guess Commissioner Huber and I chatted on Friday, roger and I chatted today between 1:25 a.m.
and 1:45 -- 1:25 and 1:45 so he hasn't had a whole lot of time.
I think we ought to commit to move just one way or the other.
if the strategy that we discussed and I chatted with roger about, if that's acceptable in my view, that would be better than anything that I have heard so far.
would be likely to have us working -- pulling together more than any of the other options that we've discussed.

>> one week is that what it need.

>> that's what I'm suggesting.
this is a -- no time -- I know time is of the essence, at the same time it's also of the essence that we move forward as a team if possible.

>> right.

>> okay.

>> [multiple voices]

>> when will the others know about the strategy?
are you all -- when are we going to discuss the other strategy?

>> well, if roger and I can chat tomorrow or Thursday, the others will know about this Friday or Monday.

>> okay.

>> and first on the others list would be cyd grimes.

>> thank you, judge.

>> how's that?

>> judge, Commissioner, I think item no.
b and c can move forward without today if you wish to do so.

>> what now?

>> because it has nothing to do with the project management.
just to put a -- put scope of services inside -- in the out of

>> [indiscernible] for the architect for first and second floor probably for the

>> [indiscernible] I think we can move forward on that.

>> may make sense for us to hold off on the whole deal.
although we have been discussing the project management in a more than anything else.
but -- but I mean I think that we ought to just -- it does seem to me, though, that on d we ought to consider delaying that until further, unless the discussion will only take five minutes.

>> are you suggesting a one week delay --

>> yes, sir.
we bring a, b, c, d back next week.

>> all right.
that would be fine.
thanks.

>> all right.
okay.

>> thank you.

>> thank you.
