Two is to introduce andrew williams, assistant county attorney.

>> I would like introduce a new attorney in the county attorney's office.
drew williams. He worked as a teacher for nab of years before he went to law school.
he started his law school career at georgetown university in washington.
he transferred to the university of Texas.
this -- his job with us -- his first job as an attorney, he's going to be working for shar reen in the litigation division.
he has worked as a law clerk for us for about a year.
he wanted to try his hand at civil law.
he will be working as a trial attorney representing the Commissioners court and the rest of the county clients.
but I have to tell you that despite the fact that this is his first job, drew falls into the category of those folks that I always look for and we always look for who are potential super stars.
and to a certain extent he has already demonstrated that potential superstar dom.
I was there at the board of advocates meeting the night that he swept the awards.
and I can't remember them all.
I want to read them.
at the university of Texas law school he was a member of the order of bearsters, he was a member of the year of the board of advocates.
he was the best advocate at the extras burger price senior honors mock trial.
he was a champion at the straus burger price senior honors mock trial.
he was a finalist in the haynes & boone mock trail and a finalist in the hamilton mock trial.
I don't want to put pressure on drew, but we're expecting him to be a stellar trial lawyer and we're proud to introduce him to the Commissioners court and have him representing you in litigation.

>> good to meet you.
any comments.

>> I would like to say I'm very excited to be here and I can think of no better approximate place to art off my career and I would like to express my thanks to each you and the time you put forward in making Travis County not only a great place to work, but a great place to live.
thank you.

>> I like you already, mr. Williams.

>> [ laughter ]

>> that was the goal.
