Number 8, 50% discount, and they will perform the custodial duties they say, and so instead of the $900 for the part of the show barn that they will use, they will pay $450. Number 8, 50% discount. And the young people there will cover custodial duties. Number 9, 11, 12-a and b. , 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 a and b. Item number 20. Then to 24, 25. Any issues with 27? Just show me abstaining.

>> move approval.

>> second?

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items that i've listed for separate discussion?

>> yes, number 2. Ms. Tune is ill and not able to come today, but we need to go ahead and approve that proclamation. Any issues with that?

>> no.

>> thank you very much. We'll add number two to the consent motion.

>> judge, did you not want to abstain on 11?

>> yeah. Show the county judge abstaining on 11 because his spouse is employed at mhmr. Thank you for keeping the county judge honest. All in favor of the other items? Including 11 that i abstained on. They pass by unanimous vote except for 11, on which the county judge abstains.

>> move approval of item 11.

>> i beg your pardon? We just did 11. I simply abstain odd it.

>> all right.

>> thank you, though.
