Item 4
4 is to introduce prema gregerson, the new assistant county attorney for the health services division. We will not -- we were not testing your patience, miss gregerson. This morning has been a bit out of the ordinary for us. Thanks for waiting.

>> judge, members of the court, i'm honored to introduce prema gregerson, who has been employed by our office as a new assistant county attorney. I'm disappointed to have to do that after joe gieselman announced his retirement. I have to confess i'm -- that makes things difficult for me and that was difficult. Prema graduated from the university of texas with a degree in french and russian. And i could stop there and just be awestruck. I pretty much struggle with english most of the time. To think of somebody having a degree in those languages is pretty impressive. But she went on from there and got a degree from smu in law and then she was in private practice in dallas for awhile and she worked in the city attorney's office in dallas. And then she worked for the u.s. Department of health health in dallas. And then for some reason that i've never quite been able to fath thom she went to california, but in california she worked for quest diagnostics, which as you know used to be covered on our insurance, and is not now, but is an important medical provider nationwide. She worked in california for quest. And then returned to austin apparently because her austin thought it was a good place to set up a software company. And that worked greatly to our benefit because we were able to get prema to come and work for us representing the travis county health care district. And working for beth as a division director there. And she's been with us for a couple of weeks now. We're delighted to have her. We're very proud of her and it's my honor to introduce her to the commissioners court.

>> and a sort of unofficial introduction, dolores wheelie is here. She's an acc intern who will be working with the county judge's office over the next few months. Miss wheelie, please stand for us. This is her second day on the job. She's done well so far. Welcome.
