Finally, let's call to order the travis county health facilities development corporation, one item, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve final draw request from meals on wheels and more under grant agreement.

>> if you'll recall, this grant was approved in april 2008 for $250,000 to be paid in two installments. We've already paid the first. This installment they have applied for and they are eligible for the installment when the project is completed, which is basically building a new kitchen. And i do represent to the board that they have completed the project and do recommend that you approve payment of $125,000 to meals on wheels.

>> we were told that the expanded kitchen facilities would enable them to access more federal dollars for meals. As far as we know that's still true?

>> well, i don't know for sure.

>> can we check into that and maybe sometime within the next month kind of update us on it?

>> yes.

>> that made all the sense in the world at the time. I know the economy has changed, but i think federal dollars for meals for seniors have increased.

>> i would assume that to be the case, but i haven't had conversation with them on that issue.

>> let's make sure it's still a golden opportunity we thought it was when we approved it. Move approval.

>> second.
