Item A3
A 3 is to receive professorring and take appropriate action on county -- briefing and take appropriate action on county judge's duty to call the november 2010 election as required by section 3.004 of the election code, and i received a notice from the texas attorney general's office indicating as county judge it was my authority to call an election on november 2.
