Consent

View captioned video.

The consent items are next. And posted for consent are c 1 through c 3. Any issues with them? Let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If anyone would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as you call out the number of the item. Number 4. 5 a, b and c. So 5 in its entirety. 6, no increases, same fees as this year. Number 8. What 8 does is move us forward one year, otherwise doesn't take any action on the financial incentive. Do we need to call it up for separate discussion? So the effect of number 8 is basically to move us forward one year. There was some question about what we call f.t.e.s and what simon was looking at as just slots. We were looking for full-time equivalents.

>> and there were some other issues that weren't completed within the time frame so we just moved the time frame up.

>> so we don't grant the financial incentive --

>> no.

>> we delay it one year.

>> i'd actually like to have some-perhaps an executive session description of some of the -- a fuller description.

>> under consultation with attorney?

>> uh-huh.

>> 8 we will not approve at this time. We'll take it into executive session under consultation with attorney exception. At the appropriate time. Number 9. 10.

>> i had a question about 10.

>> 10 we will call up separately. 11.

>> i have a question about 11. 11 we'll call up separately too. Number 12. 13 a and b. 14 a, b and c. Number 15. 16. 17. 19. Legal says we're okay on number 20. With those -- that action supports bowl. So number 20. All of 22. That's the lava lane tracts of land. So 22 a, b and c. 23.

>> i have a question on b.

>> call it up. We'll call up 23. 24. Any discussion of that one? We'll add 24 to the consent motion. 25 a been b. A and b. 25 --

>>

>> [inaudible].

>> 25 a and b. Number 26. 27 you want to discuss?

>> yes.

>> okay. 26 okay?

>> uh-huh.

>> 28 is the one we had the public hearing on. Any issues with it?

>> judge, i may have to -- go back to 24. I may have to -- before we act on it.

>> 28 --

>> 24.

>> 28 on consent, right?

>> yeah, 28 is on consent.

>> do we need to discuss 29?

>>

>> [inaudible].

>> we'll call 29 up.

>> judge

>> [inaudible].

>> commissioner davis would like to discuss number 24. And commissioner huber 25. We'll call 25 a and b up.

>> mr. Reeferseed, i think

>> [inaudible]. She has more information --.

>> any objection to number 27 a and b being on the consent motion?

>> no.

>> miss porter, were you able to follow all that?

>> yes.

>> so 29 and 30 both will be called up?

>> yes.

>> okay.

>> move approval.

>> actually on 30 we did receive a revised memo that basically adjusted the numbers where now we're looking at a vehicle cost consistent with our understanding, right in the 38,000 range, right?

>> yes, it's gone down to 36.

>> what happened when i first saw it, we heard different numbers when we had the discussion last week on the cost of vehicles. But on this one, they have taken enough of the law enforcement package off to get down to $38,000. So it's fairly routine now. But if somebody wants to discuss it, we can pull it up.

>> i had one question really more for planning and budget regarding budget rules on feat.

>> we'll call it up in just a few minutes. So if you were able to follow us, those are the items recommended for inclusion. On the consent motion.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> and miss porter, i'm sure your notes are cleaner than mine. We may have to rely on you to figure out what we just did. Any discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Let's call number 2, then we'll call up the precinct 2 constables item.
