The consent items are next. Posted for consent are c 1 through c 5. Any issues with -- with any of those, c 1 through c 5.
>> i think that i need to abstain from -- from c 3.
>> all right. Can we just show commissioner eckhardt abstaining from c 3?
>> uh-huh.
>> how is that.
>> that's fine.
>> you are voting for the rest of them, c 1, 2, 4, 5,.
>> yes, sir.
>> okay.
>> let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion, if anyone would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as i call out the number of item. Again, these are recommended to be included in the one consent motion. Item no. 4, 5, 6, 8, vehicle users committee probably this afternoon. 10. So 8, 10, 12, any discussion on 12? There we would do printing and -- and we sponsor 50 kids.
>> we need to have -- last year i think we did an agreement, a written agreement since we are paying money.
>> > we will do a similar agreement this year, how's that.
>> do you want to authorize the judge to sign that.
>> judge.
>> or do you want to bring that back.
>> if it's real simple --
>> i imagine we can use the one from last year. I didn't have this until friday, so --
>> okay. That's simple enough. If last year's -- interlocally work, i guess there is -- this is an agreement more than anything else.
>> i think it's a memorandum of understanding, i think we did an m.o.u.
>> if that will work, we will sign it. If not we will bring it back to court. All right. On this one we do printing, also sponsor 50 kids at this -- at this. So if that's all right, 12 will be part of the consent motion, too.
>> yes, judge.
>> then to item no. 15. The biggest part of 15 i think is also the d.n.a. Item. 15 would be for the audit. Item no. 16 in its entirety, 16 a through 16 d, item no. 20,. 21, 22, the same holidays that we've had i guess for the last 10 years, any issues with any of them, 23, that's just notification to -- to employees and retirees about that -- about that action. 25, 26 -- beg your pardon?
>> i was going to ask -- on 25, i missed it, what happened
>> [inaudible - no mic] was there something wrong?
>> must have been, must have been. We are rejecting all of them, starting over.
>> 26 is a list of surplus property that we will sell at public auction.
>> is that available --
>> yes, sir.
>> you can get the list, if you want to go up to my office, we will print you a list from the backup.
>> thank you so much. It's all in the backup on pdf on the website, right, or you can go into the library, all of the backup for all of this is in pdf format on the website.
>> 27 a and b. 28, 29, 30, 31, and -- and we're exempting that from -- from the competitive process because it's under $50,000 legal says that it's all right. 32. 33, 34, 35.
>> a comment about that.
>> we will call 35 up for you then, how is that? 36, 36 is the last one. Nope, nope, a 1. Any issues with a 1?
>> no, that's pretty straightforward, judge.
>> let's add 1 a to it then.
>> move approval of that.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items up for -- for discussion other than number 35 that mr. Reeferseed asked about? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
