38 is to receive briefing and take appropriate action regarding the lease agreement with texas charter school association at 700 lavaca. Consultation with attorney and real property exceptions. 39, discuss and take appropriate action on economic development project in precinct 1. That's the economic development negotiations exception. 40, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action on request to authorize county attorney to accept, reject or counter settlement offer in alejandra cornelius versus city of austin and travis county. Consultation with attorney. Exception. 41, consider and take appropriate action on notice from the texas department of criminal justice of decision to cancel agreement and approved budget with travis county regarding smart beds. Consultation with attorney exception. We have been asked by attorney john hille to postpone number 42 until next week. It will not be discussed in executive session. Our final item will be a-2, consider and take appropriate action on issues regarding the lease and space for travis county district attorney at 700 lavaca. We indicate here it may be taken into executive session under the consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act. We'll discuss those matters in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action.
