Item no. 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding proposed street name assignment for a private easement to be known as "otilia lane" off maha loop road in precinct four

>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources department. This easement provides access to five lots. As is our tradition, we will give names to unnamed easements to facilitate an emergency response and it does not imply that the county will maintain or take any responsibility for -- for ongoing maintenance such as signing of the road or maintenance. This has been -- has gone through the 911 address committee. And there's no conflict with that name anywhere else in the county. The purpose of today's hearing is to receive public testimony, this was sent out for five property owners, three responded positively toward the name, the other two did not respond.
