View captioned video.

Now, we have judges here who are not here for parking, right? They are here for security. They are here for item number 23. Which is a security matter that we will take into executive session. And they are here because this is the best time for them. 23 is to discuss and take appropriate action regarding the security committee recommendations for civil courts. And this is under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. And so we will convene in executive session to discuss 23, but will return to open court before taking any action.

>> > we've returned from executive session where we discussed number 23. We'll have it back on the court's agenda for appropriate action next week. Move that we recess -- do we want to recess until 1:30?

>> that would be fine.

>> until 1:30.

We are back from executive session where we justed everything that we announced. We talked about certain development activities, we did get that briefing and had discussion with lawyers, was our conclusion to bring okay, we will have it back on the court's agenda, when it's ready, on item no. 21, we chatted with staff, i think based on that chat they have plenty to work on between now and when it cocos back. 22 is request from the texas tech attorney to authorize the hurricane of outside council in jane doe versus richard dick furrs, i move that we approve that request, ask the county attorney to bring us a specific agreement next tuesday with the name of the lawyer, hourly rate, a ceiling on the total as of the foreseeable future.

And that the risk manager begin with the -- with the reimbursement of 50% of the amount that the county received and 50% equals $4,500.

>> second.

>> the risk manager does have the authority above and beyond that and we ask that he exercise his general duties and responsibilities in this area to arrive at an appropriate amount and if the commissioners court is needed further, we will be so advised.
