Consent
The consent items are next. And posted for consent are c 1 through c 4, i show them to be ready for action. Let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If anyone would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as i call out the number of the item and i do have a long list to recommend. 2 a in its entirety, 2 a through 2 g, number 3, one year extension. Number 4, 5, when we had -- the one that we had the public hearing on, 6, 7 a and b, number 10, number 10 is really a two day advance to the health care district to draw down federal funds.
>> judge, i need to ask some question abouts that.
>> okay. You didn't call 9, did you?
>> no, i didn't call 9, 10 or 11, we will discuss those beginning at 10:00. I had notified the -- the district representatives. Number 12. 13, 15, 16, all of 17, 17 a through 17 g, those really are standard form contracts with those entities. Number 18 stands alone because part of that is in another county, whereas in 17 all of the cities are in there. In travis county. And 18 is the last one.
>>
>> [indiscernible] because i was not here on july 20th.
>> we will call up c 3 separately, we will take it from the consent motion.
>> move approval.
>> motion to approve the other items that we announced. C 3, right? Is that one that we should call up separately.
>> yes.
>> excluding c 3. All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
