Item no. 21, consider and take appropriate action on request to draw names from grand jury pool for elected officials salary grievance committee for 2010, as required by section 152.015 of the local government code.

>> we are here to do our annual drawing for the salary grievance committee, as you said pursuant to 152, the way we normally do it is each commissioner draws a number of names, we usually have 12 juror members, then we have usually a few extras. Today since there are three of you, what i would like to request is would each of you please draw five names. We will draw them in order so that we will know how to qualify them and if we can just start that, that would be --

>> this has always been a whole lot of fun for me

>> okay. In the order that i pull them, barbara smith, and there's -- there's barbie in parentheses, nickname, barbie, julie peterson, vioala, issleib, james a. Prentice, and phillip stevens.
