>> number 18 is to consider and take appropriate action revisions to the following chapters of the travis county code regarding human resources management policies: a, chapter 9, human resources policies and procedures for county employees who work for commissioners court; and b, chapter 15, drug and alcohol policy. I had to look at them, they looked fine to me. There's one correction that we need to make?
>> yes, that is correct. We would like y'all to consider a modification to one of the sentences related to demotion. That would be section 9.203. Number 4. Currently the sentence reads a demotion occurs when an employee is reassigned to a lower position with modified job duties, it's the second sentence that we would like deleted which is -- which reads the demotion usually also includes the lower salary range than the former position. This particular sentence does not align with chapter 10 of the -- of the code, which has not been modified yet. So we would like to remove the sentence, the demotion usually also includes the lower salary range than the former position, so that 9.203 parentheses 4 reads demotion, a demotion occurs when an employee is reassigned to a lower position with modified job duties.

>> we would also like to make sure that the appropriate spacing and form matting is corrected in case -- for matting is correct in case we run across any of that, logistics.
