Number 18 is to consider and take appropriate action on amendment to purchase contract with independent bank of austin, ssb, in connection with the balcones canyon lands conservation plan. And that item is under consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act. 19, receive briefing and take appropriate action regarding the following lease agreements at 700 lavaca. A, texas charter schools association. B, sheppard, howp and dworin law firm, and c, city of austin. And 19 is under consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act also. 20, consider and take appropriate action on a proposal received from at&t to install a distributed antenna system at the travis county exposition center, consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act. 21, consider and take appropriate action regarding the potential purchase of real estate in central austin, consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act. A-1, consider and take appropriate action on request and claims regarding the central texas hunting, fishing and outdoor expo at the travis county expo center, including the following. A, dead man's pass ranch, llc. B, sales-r-us inc. And c, allure fishing boxes. And this is under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. We'll discuss these matters in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action.

>> we have returned from executive session where we discussed the items that we announced. Consisting of number 18, the proposed amendment to purchase -- to a purchase contract with independent bank of austin in connection with the bcp. Move that we approve the proposed amendment.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. 19 involves three requested contract changes. I nuevo laredo we approve the request from the texas charter schools association, for additional space under the contract.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. B, staff needs to do additional negotiations with that and so let's have it on the agenda next tuesday. In case -- i have got august 3rd, that's two weeks, isn't it? August 3rd, 2010. C involving the city of austin, i move that we authorize staff to negotiate with the city of austin on their space over there in our -- and our needs and they report back to us as appropriate.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. 20 involved a proposal from at&t to install a distributed antenna system at the travis county expo center. I move that staff -- staff indicated they needed to do additional work before we are ready on this. I move that we simply authorize the proposing party, tell that person that it's a complicated matter, that the commissioners court needs to take additional time to sort through it, we will get back with them at the appropriate time. Seconded by commissioner davis. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. 21, the matter involving the potential purchase of real estate in central austin, no formal action by us. I guess our broker will know to keep on negotiating with the other side. And at the appropriate time to report back to the court. On a 1,. I will chat with legal. We will try to gather those claims and figure out appropriate agenda wording. And have that item back on the court's agenda next tuesday. Which is july 27th. That does it for the commissioners court voting session.
