Citizens Communication
Citizens communication is first, this item gives residents an opportunity to address the court on any matter not on the agenda for up to three minutes. Morris priest is our first speaker and he will be followed by tracy callaway. Good morning.
>> thank you, judge, commissioners, morris priest speaking on my own behalf. I know that the toll roads are not bringing in the income that they were expected to bring in because of many people not paying the tolls, that the toll road authorities can't collect on. Three of the primary reasons are license plate issues. No license plates. Second issue is no addresses. Sometimes out of state and the
>> [indiscernible] 15 weeks, 106 days for change to happen here in austin, travis county. That's our november 2nd election. I am hoping that many people will send a resounding message to our end incumbents along with our bond packages to vote these individuals out of office. One thing that's been really disheartening in this community. We have an individual, actually a group of individuals, one of them is nelson linder, this race baiting whore called our austin fire department a real embarrassment. He's also called a mall and a mall manager a racist. He's come in this commissioners court and called our d.a. And our d.a.'s office corrupt. This individual has been approached by myself and others in this community. I mention this these things to you because they are documented facts. I approached mr. Linder about his lying, went over to his office during the relay event, he blamed the mall manager for everything from bars closing down on sixth street to streets being closed here in austin. Which he -- he had no authority over. He says there were many racists at highland malibu he couldn't give me a name. All of these things have been thoroughly documented. The manager was told to close the mall at 4:00. We do need to come out and support our local law enforce mght and ask that the city -- enforcement and ask that the city not pay this bribe and we're -- we're really having a lot of issues with our leader. I did speak to our austin fire chief that i was really disappointed that she would allow nelson linder to state that our austin fire department was a real embarrassment and not call him on this when they were negotiating making two lieutenants chief -- actually three lieutenants chief at the time. Told her that i didn't expect to see that happen again. I don't think that our police chief is helping the matter, either. With his comments during the relays. Which were not true. So i just want the community to know that there are people in the community, i know that i looked at the statesman today and stefan ray was on the cover, you might want to write this date down, 7-24-04, city of austin, telecom infrastructure, check out that videotape on channel 6. Thank you.
>> thank you, mr. Priest. Ms. Callaway.

>> hey! If i'm sorry, i'm -- i've got it written down, but -- okay. Thank you, judge. I'm ronnie
>> [inhale] reeferseed, singing hey kids, you got to love it while you've got it. Don't waste it, you're going to miss it. That's white when that first cigarette, joint, beer, swig of alcohol it's over, you're finished. From that moment on, you've got bills, you've got obligation, you've got jail time and of course good old death for you and your loved ones. Meanwhile, so-called grownups out there, we all have to wake up now because there's yet another traitor in the white house, that's our military industrial media bankster kaballah criminals, wizard of oz of okay wash to mesmerize, our tv fluoridated water, wake up. Afghanistan, king of illegal drug wars, and the u.n. Secretary general, agree at the afghan conference. They said by golly, by 2014 afghanistan will begin to see the courageous good governance to gain control by this -- by this year, 2010? No, i mean next year. No, atoms, next year, it's not even the next year, it's 2014, the year to begin the end. Hum, sounds more like vietnamization with every passing chunk of hog wash, wake up obama trons, kenyan born, indonesian subject, vulnerable to blackmail, so-called president, so-called barack obama, ie bankster stooge, military industrial, barry is a treasonous psycho path, celebrating more than -- than live -- the death of his people. Those people that they celebrate this ongoing black genocide, it's a victory. The fact that the nation's vast network of so-called planned parenthood abortion temples from ghetto to shining ghetto, that's right, black babies, no accident, more dead black babies are murdered in the womb than were allowed to be born here in one of spitaro's slum cities. Sold out to chinese sweat shops, as long as there's u.s. Forces hijacked by the chinese prison labor force, by design, on purpose, by our scheming traitors in washington d.c., the slimy banksters in wall street we lose big time. From yesterday, paraphrasing about the first amendment, on the internet, paraphrasing the five year veteran long time champion of non-interventionism george washington, ob/gyn dr. Paul of well over 4,000 live births, the excuse is being given for increasing government intervention are fraudulent.
>> [buzzer sounding] we have to stop the madness. Thank you so much.
>> thank you, mr. Reeferseed.
