>> good morning, judge. Roger el khoury. The current rate for the table rental is six dollars per day and we are proposing to change it to six dollars per event. And similar to the chair rental, it's $1.50 per day. We would like to change it to a $1.50 per event. And we have also picnic table rentals. We don't have it on the approved rent list and would like to get that approval for the court for $10 per ea event. What i'm talking about events, this is mainly in the banquet halls because the table and chairs rental is part of the rental fee. But then the -- in the bank cet hall when we have the dog show and pig shows, the event like two days, and it would be very competitive with the outside rental so the center can really rent out tables so the promoter would not go and rent it from the outside and bring it to the center. This way we will have a very competitive rate in the way we have it per event and the tables would be rented and at the same time we'll make it mandatory that all the -- all the tables that must be rented from the expo center. So this way it will be a -- it's fair and reasonable to the promoter right now to have approximate per event -- to have it per event rather than per day.
