Executive Session

>> we have a couple of items for executive session discussion. Should we do those and come back out? We will still keep trying to get the demonstration to work. In the meantime we have items 29 and 31. We were asked to postpone item 30. 29 is to discuss and take appropriate action on economic development project in precinct 1, and that's under the economic incentives exception. And item number 31, consider and take appropriate action regarding purchase of open space land in precinct 1. Posted under the consultation with attorney and the real property exceptions to the open meetings act. We'll discuss these two items in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action.

>> we've returned from executive session where we discussed the two items that we announced including 29, the matter involving an economic development project in precinct 1. No action today. We'll have it -- we're planning to bring it back august 3rd unless there is reason to bring it back before that date. Okay. And we discussed also 31, the matter involving open space land in precinct 1. And likewise no action for it today. We'll have it back on next week with revised language. And before convening in executive investigation we brought up item 12, the interlocal agreement between travis and the city of manor and we were trying to get a demonstration which we could not access at that time. Can we access it now?
