Now let's call to order the travis county health facilities development corporation. Item number 1, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve modification number 1 to contract with the outside auditor lockhart, afterly and associates llp.
>> good afternoon, harvey travis, manager of the corporation. And this is an engagement letter that was in the original contract that they would be issuing an engagement letter each year for the -- and this engagement letter is for the audit year ending september 30th, 2010. The engagement letter has been reviewed by the county attorney, by the county auditor, by our staff. It's very similar to the engagement letter that travis county has approved through the purchasing office. What we're asking you to do is to acknowledge receipt of the letter and to approve it being incorporated as part of the contract with the outside auditors.

>> discussion? All in favor. That passes by unanimous vote. Number 2 is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve three invoices from the wellness budget.
>> and the three invoices total $477.45. They're related to the walk across texas program, and therefore supplies and water bottles and some sandwiches, things like that. One minor change in the three invoices, one is -- says it's payable to wal-mart. It's actually should be payable to dan mansour. It's a reimbursement to dan because because he paid wal-mart for those supplies.
>> any reason why we should not reimburse mr. Mansour? Mr. Davis?
