>> afternoon. My name is mike gonzalez, senior financial analyst for the corporation. Before you is an invoice from sage realty consultants totaling $1,350 for residential property appraisal and inspection services related to the nsv program. Staff has reviewed the invoice and recommends approval.

>> second. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. I move that we adjourn the travis county housing finance corporation. Seconded by director davis. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote also.
