28 is to consider and take appropriate action to reconsider action taken on june 29th, 2010, item 29 regarding request to waive or discount fees for starflight services to kiana young and mackey young. Move to reconsider that item.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. It was called to my attention that the motion made by the county judge was not squarely on point, but we had discussed doing is charging mackey young the full fee and waiving 100% of the kiana young fee instead of 50% for each one of them. We thought we would do zero -- 100% for one and zero for the other. So the motion should have been for mackey young to charge 100% of the invoice and for kiana young to charge zero. So waive hers completely.
