>> nine?

>> number nine is to approve acceptance of the dedication of street and drainage facilities within sweetwater section 1, village a, a subdivision in precinct three.

>> yes, judge. The reason why this didn't go on consent earlier, but the reason why i did want to call this up is because of the fact that on may 23rd, 2006 i voted no on this particular sweetwater project. Looking at the intensity of the -- of the development in that area, causing a major traffic problems on a situation that really -- can't really afford that increased type situation especially with that type of development intensity. I didn't support that during that time on may 23rd, 2006, and today i just want to just -- i know it's normal procedure as far as when roads and drainage and things need our test with the county, we approve it. And in this particular situation the drainage and also the roads, nobody is moving the miles that will be added to the pms, pavement management system of travis county. So again, i -- i'm not going to vote no against it. I'm going to abstain to try to solidify my position on that type of intense growth in that area for those particular tracks of property for that subdivision. So that's why i pulled it just to abstain. Thank you.

>> okay. Thank you. Any more questions or comments?

>> judge, had i been on the court in may of 2006, i would have voted against this project, but i'm here today and it meets all the qualifications and requirements of our process, so i move approval.

>> second? Discussion? All in favor? Show commissioners eckhardt, huber and yours truly voting in favor. Commissioner davis abstaining for the reasons stated.

>> thank you, judge.

>> we did -- we notified several people we would call up an item at 11:30, right? We've got -- by the way, on 15 i asked the consultant to be here at -- this afternoon, give us an opportunity to discuss that one as long as we need to.
