>> good afternoon, let's call this voting session of the travis county commissioners court back to order. We have come to our executive session items. Including number 11, which is to consider and take appropriate action on an order authorizing the issuance and sale of travis county, texas, limited tax refunding bonds, series 2010, in the aggregate principal amount of approximately $30,000,000; levying a tax in payment thereof; authorizing the execution and delivery of a bond purchase agreement and an escrow agreement; approving the official statement; and enacting other provisions relating thereto. We will go into executive session under the consultation with attorney exception on the open meetings act. As that language of that item shows you, our lawyers have been busy. 26. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the potential purchase of real estate in central austin. Consultation with attorney. Let's also announce the real estate exception. 27. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the potential purchase of real estate from travis realty corp. For property located at 700 lavaca street. Consultation with attorney and real property exceptions. 28. Discuss and take appropriate action on economic development project in precinct one. 4 economic development negotiations exception. And our final item will be number 29. Consider and take appropriate action on purchase contract and fill agreement with marvin and merlene myers family partnership ltd. For hamilton pool clean-up. Consultation with attorney and real property exceptions, we will discuss these items in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action.

Let's have this item back on the agenda two weeks from today. Next week is june 29th so that's july -- july 6th. We also discussed item number 26, and in my view, no action today. But we'll have it back on the court's agenda june 29th for appropriate action. And i think our broker knows how to proceed based on our discussion. 27, we gave directions to the extent they were allowed in executive session. No action for open court. We'll have it back on the agenda next week, mr. Hilly.

We also discussed item 29, the proposed agreement with the marvin and merlene meyers family partnership, ltd. Move that we approve the agreement and authorize the county judge to sign on behalf of the commissioners court.
