19. Consider and take appropriate action on a request from the boy scouts of america capitol area council for a reduced fee to use the travis county exposition center facilities and grounds. They are asking for a discounts of 40%. Don't repeat the same thing, if you have something new, we want to hear it.

>> and -- and i will say on the boy scouts that this -- this is serving a significant underserved population, this is going to be a tremendous number of scouts there, they are making is very inexpensive for scouts to participate. Despite my feelings about the american scout, the u.s. Scouts being the only scouts that don't allow girls in, every other nation's boy scouts are -- are scouts, period, girls, too. And also some of their more -- it's -- it is true that from -- from troop to troop you do find some interesting things. Some homophobic tendencies, what not.
