>> 8 is to consider and take appropriate action on the draft program year 2010 action plan for public comment related to the use of community development block grant funds available through the united states department of housing. And urban development.
>> good morning, christie moffat. Every year we have to turn in an action plan to h.u.d. On how we plan to use funding for the next year. This is the normal process that we go through. We are in the last and final stages of getting this action plan done. So last week the commissioners court approved the projects to include in the action plan so they are include understand the document along with some additional things. So it -- with the court's approval today, we will be able to post the document for the required 30 day public comment period beginning tomorrow. And ending on july 22nd. Additionally, we will be back here next week for a public hearing for comments regarding this action plan. As well as on july 13th. If people would like to make comments, we simplified our e-mail address, it's cdbg@co.travis.us.us.

If for some reason you are having a problem getting those things in writing, you can also call the office at 854-346 on. It will be posted on the website, should be live later today or first thing in the morning. There's a summary document as well as the -- i think it's
>> [indiscernible] page document that includes everything. That summary will be translated in spanish. We help to have the spanish translation up hopefully tomorrow, we just received that. I think that's it. So we are just requesting approval so we can post for public comment.
