Executive Session
Okay, we previously heard from the district judge, presiding judge, and indicated we might take into executive session item number 16. Thank you. 16 is a matter involving the process and schedule for developing the advertisement for public hearing to set elected official salary for fiscal year 2011 and calendar for action for reminder of the salary setting process. This will be under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meeting act. The real good news is that john hilley says we do not need item 38. Is we won't announce that. And we do not need item 38. So we won't announce it either. But we will need the one that we just talked about. 30, the counsel track with sentinel lavaca management corp for property management services at 700 lavaca, consultation with attorney exception. 40, receive briefing from the county attorney and take appropriate action in travis county elal versus terra properties capital city relocation resale deed, consultation with attorney. 41, receiving breaching from the county attorney and take appropriate action in travis county et al versus daniel cmunyon, mr. Khurshid and mrs. Anjum resale deed, consultation with attorney exception also. We will discuss these four items but return to open court before taking any action.. . . . .
