Consent
The consent items are next. Posted for consent are c 1 through c 3, i show those to be ready, c 1 through c 3. Let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If anyone would like for to us discuss any of these separately, please say so as i call out the number of the item. Again, these are recommended to be included in a consent motion. 5, 6, 8 a and b, 9, 10, now, on 13, mr. Nellis, we need to change that retirement date for the cash manager to august 3rd?
>> that's correct, sir. Due to tctrs, they recommended that you change that and so she has amended her retirement.
>> okay. The other thing about 13 is that the budget transfers that are recommended would basically mean our approval of phase 16 the jail renovation project. It may be a good idea, mr. Hilly, for us to bring back a separate item just to -- just approving that next week. What this will do is put the money into the proper line items.
>> the actual
>> [indiscernible]
>> right. I didn't realize this until i reviewed the backup yesterday. But we did talk about those transfers, during the work session and it looks like phase 1 that deals with air quality, water quality, some other issues, for the downtown jail really should be dealt with immediately, especially in phase 1. So in my view, we ought to approve 13. Any issues with that?
>> no, i don't have none judge.
>> we will have an item issue dealing squarely with phase 1 next week. Number 15, a, b, c then to 18, 19 -- 19 we will call up. Any issues with any of the -- any of the hrmd items in 20? A is routine, the others are non-routine. But basically requiring the county court approval if we want to do them.
>> i looked at those pretty thoroughly judge.
>> they seem to be pretty straightforward.
>> any issues?
>> no.
>> put 'em on.
>> b, c, d of 20. Then we will include it on the consent motion. 21 a and b, 22, there will be opportunities to advertise that as -- as october 15th approaches, but we can get that started by approving 22. 23. The broker being ugl uquiss company. 24,. 25, 26, 27 with the rodney rhoades being substituted for christian smith former commissioner's assistant. 28, 29, and i'm advised by legal that they are working feverishly on item 30 and expect it to be ready this afternoon. 32, 33, 34, and 37. Move approval of the consent motion.
>> second.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of those items for extrapolate discussion? Separate discussion? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
