>> if the court has questions or would like a briefing on the contracts, i can present that. But all the terms have been agreed upon at this point. There's just one exhibit that the auditors office is negotiating back and forth to make sure the numbers look exactly the way they want them to look. The formating looks the way they want it to look. We're hoping that is going to come together in the next day or two.

>> in view of last week's discussion, i'd like to have a brief be happy to --to have a briefing.

>> all right. Be happy to do that.

>> ms. Graham, we'd look to have your comments too.

>> i was going let you look. We'll just discuss it there.

>> we'll have you accompany john to executive session. All right? John missteps or omits an important provision, we'll have you give it to us.
