Let's call up the action item, which is number 7. I move that we postpone action on this matter today, that we ask staff to meet with all relevant parties, let the court know when the matter should go back on the court's agenda.

That passes by unanimous vote. What we have effectively done was basically postpone action on the item to give the parties an opportunity to get together.
